1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "99kopi", "we", "us" and "platform" refer to the entity operating the website https://99kopi.net and all services provided through it. "Player", "you" and "user" refer to any individual who registers or uses this platform. "Services" covers all types of games, betting, promotions and features available at 99kopi.

These "Terms & Conditions" or "Agreement" constitute a legally binding contract between you and 99kopi. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The 99kopi platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a company or organisation.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list issued by 99kopi or a related party.
• Not representing a competitor's interests or any entity with malicious intent toward the platform.

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Holding multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation of these terms. 99kopi reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. 99kopi may request verification documents such as an identity card (MyKad), bank statement or proof of address at any time to verify your identity. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

99kopi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity and not solely for the purpose of currency exchange or fund transfers.

Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This process may take longer under certain circumstances such as required identity verification or technical issues beyond our control. 99kopi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

All transactions must be carried out using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The 99kopi welcome bonus offers 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is 10 times the bonus value, which is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM2,200 will give the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,700. The wagering requirement in this case is RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• 99kopi reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus structure will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account.

5 Game Rules and Player Conduct

All games on the 99kopi platform are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) or live casino systems broadcast in real time. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

Players are required to maintain good gaming conduct at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Use of third-party software, bots or automation to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulation or exploitation of technical bugs found in the system.
• Use of offensive, threatening or harassing language toward staff or other players.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.

In the event of a technical error affecting a game, 99kopi reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original bet to the player. No additional compensation will be given for technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

99kopi offers a three-tier VIP programme to reward loyal players. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on ongoing gaming activity and are reviewed periodically by the 99kopi team. Cashback is credited to the player's account automatically according to a set schedule. 99kopi reserves the right to review and adjust cashback rates with reasonable notice to VIP members.

7 Responsible Gambling and Game Limits

99kopi supports responsible gambling. Our platform provides various tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Players can contact customer service 24/7 to activate deposit limit, loss limit or session time limit options.

Players who feel their gambling habits have become a problem may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Such requests will be processed promptly and excluded accounts will not be able to access any promotions or games during the exclusion period.

If there are indications that an account is being used by an individual under the age of 21, 99kopi reserves the right to suspend that account immediately and investigate the matter. Funds in such accounts will be handled according to the policy set by the relevant parties.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use and storage of players' personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy of 99kopi and forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9 Account Closure and Refunds

99kopi provides its platform "as is" and makes no express or implied warranty that the service will always be available without interruption. 99kopi is not liable for any financial losses arising from game outcomes, betting results, or transactions carried out by the player.

In the rare event that credits or winnings are incorrectly credited to a player's account due to a technical error, 99kopi reserves the right to correct the error by deducting the excess amount without requiring prior consent from the player.

Neither party to this agreement shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

99kopi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the website or by email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the amendment date is considered full acceptance of the revised terms.

The 99kopi platform operates under international licensing. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first seek resolution through 99kopi's internal complaints procedure before pursuing external remedies. The official language for all communications and complaints procedures is Malay or English.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision alone shall be void while the remainder continues in full force and effect.
